In the Summer School on Safety of Underground Transport Infrastructure from September 12 - 27, 2024, we would like to take a closer look at the basics of safe and sustainable planning and operation of highly relevant transport infrastructure. The Summer School will provide an insight into various sub-areas and efforts in the context of sustainable and safe mobility. In addition to lectures, a large part of the Summer School will take place in the form of group work, in which a case study will be developed in this context. This will take place both virtually and in Darmstadt in international and interdisciplinary groups. The Summer School will be rounded off with a visit to a real tunnel construction site near Wroclaw.
